Digital File Specifications


General specifications: We ask that all files sent or brought to us digitally be in PDF format. This prevents multiple possible issues including changing of file due to formatting as well as program compatibility. For best quality, color documents should be 600dpi or higher and text documents should be 300dpi or higher. Our machines are capable of outputting 1200dpi.

Multiple-up Documents such as postcards, handbills, etc.
Please deliver these files in PDF format as either one full size 8.5x11 page or have them arranged and spaced how you want them printed. The software is able to arrange a full-page PDF file in various ways to allow for multiple copies per sheet, however, any documents that are pre-sized but a single copy will cause spacing and sizing issues when set up.

Business Cards
Please download the PDF file to the right for business card instructions. It contains specifications for type, resolution and bleed extensions.
